Update- she abruptly closed her practice and is gone. This place has always been great. Was going in 2019 and have recently re started. A few new faces, but same great experience. Dr Brianna is great and knows her stuff. Highly recommend to anyone with aches and pains.

A few months ago (March 2023) the practice would randomly be closed during appointment times with patients standing outside the locked office not knowing what to do. There was no e-mail/text/call/note that I received initially. After a week of missed appointments due to the closure, I received a text indicating a provider was being located to cover for the missed appointments. Even under emergency circumstances the elapsed time seemed suspect, I have never had that experience with a provider. Why couldn't a mass e-mail, text, or note be placed on the door? I did see an office assistance one time during an appointment, I think it was mentioned offhandedly that they had also departed the practice, no real explanation. After the provider returned I had missed around 5-6 appointments in my treatment plan. They offered to cover any missed appointments to "make it right", billing would not be adjusted and I never saw a single invoice or bill. Payment was deducted by auto-pay from some third-party service and as a patient you cannot self-manage any of this. A few more weeks progressed semi-normally and then the office appeared to suddenly close again without warning. My pain that was being successfully treated started to return and after 4-5 more efforts driving to a closed practice I decided my time and money had been thoroughly wasted with zero explanation so I stopped going.

The expensive wellness plans they put you on are, in my opinion, ridiculous. I went with it to see if they could heal me, as they promised. Months later, I had no relief. In fact, the chiropractic adjustments caused other issues when it was all said and done. I left there being told I would have to wear a lift in my shoe for the rest of my life because, "it's just the way my body was made." And they wanted to set me up on another plan. Um, no.

Dr Murray is great, and willing to help in anyway she can.

She sets you up on a treatment plan for months. When you go, she literally does the same exact thing every single time. You can see her doing the same treatment to the other patients also. They run people through there so quickly for each appt that you're not getting a personalized treatment each time.
