Told my wife she "had to shut him up" referring to our son who isn't even 2 years old ! All because he was crying in the background during the VERY FIRST PHONE CALL . Will not EVER visit this office and hope you learn how to speak professionally to folks . That was insulting and VERY uncalled for.
