This location really needs to get more staff. It’s actually insane Coming in 30 minutes before they close and getting sent away because theyre “full”. they never had this problem when there was two doctors.

My family and I have been coming here every other week for months now. It was great in the beginning with Dr. Tyler being a very good Chiropractor. Seems like the business has been slowly more focused on quantity over quality. They have removed the family packages and raised the prices making it even not even close to reasonably affordable for a family of 4 to regularly visit. Today we also introduced my wife's parents to chiropractic care even taking the time to make appointments for each of them. Immediately after seeing my mother in-law, Dr. Tyler decided to make us wait so that he could tend to two other patients whom arrived after us so that they didn't have to wait. I'm not sure if this is management pressuring him to move faster and reduce wait times but things have seemed rushed for weeks now and with the new price increases and now today making us wait even when we had appointments so they can churn and burn as many as they can we are done! Congratulation Express Chiropractic, you have now lost 6 regular long time patients for good! I hope it was worth it.
