I don't write a lot of reviews but feel compelled to tell everyone about Epic and my experience there. When I came to Dan in October 2022, I could barely walk. I was in extreme pain from a bulged disc. My doctors treatment plan was a needle and if that didn't fix it, move to surgery. That might be necessary for some, but was not the route I wanted to go. A friend referred me to Epic and I decided to give it a try. One of the best decisions I ever made! It was a great experience from the beginning and that has stayed consistent over the last almost two years. Dan has listened, showed genuine concern, and helped me with my back, shoulder, hip and ankle (I get hurt a lot). In addition to the body work, he provided targeted stretching and recovery routines that made a real difference. It was a lot of hard work, but I got support every step of the way. Fast forward to today, and I just had the most amazing session just before my... MARATHON. I can only speak from my experience, but in two years I've went from hopeless and legitimately fearing I would never live life the same to feeling amazing and about to run my first ever endurance race. Thank you Epic!
