I've been seeing Dr. Olivia for just over a year now. I've been dealing with neck pain and headaches since my 20's (I'm now in my 50's). I have tried just about EVERYTHING. PT, different chiropractors, acupuncture, trigger point injections, botox, etc. Nothing helped (or helped temporarily with a raging return). I am by no means pain-free now, but I DO have several pain-free days between visits, and my pain NEVER gets up to a 9/10 like it used to. I used to miss so much work! Not anymore. This technique definitely works! Not only that, but it has helped other issues I've been having as a result of a depressed vagus nerve (fast heart rate, shortness of breath, etc.). I've seen multiple physicians to try and get a diagnosis for the symptoms, and nobody could find anything. It's actually a result of my cervical vertebrae being jacked up! I'm to the point now that I can tell her what vertebrae are "out" just based on my symptoms. She has saved my life! My quality of life has greatly improved. I can do things I couldn't before because of my pain. I waited to write a review because a) I didn't want to jinx anything and b) I wanted to see if this was temporary like everything else. Nope. I've been able to gradually increase the time between visits. I'm not quite to PRN status, but I'm looking forward to getting there. Not that she's not lovely to visit, but...

I had a long time neck injury that I used regular chiropractic for, and had a wonderful practitioner. He eventually recommended I see an upper cervical chiropractor specialist. I drug my feet because they usually start with a number of x-rays. One day I tipped my head back and I was in immediate vertigo. I got into an upper cervical specialist that day. It took months to heal to the point where I had a little more flexibility with life, but within 5 months I was able to travel again. It’s been two years now, and I moved, finding another upper cervical chiropractor who has been a godsend. I asked him for recommendations for upper cervical chiropractors while traveling through New Mexico and Arizona and he immediately gave me Dr. Olivia’s name and contact information. I did need her help by the time we arrived in Albuquerque and she got me right in. I was definitely in good hands and was so grateful to have her expertise and gentle nature available! Lorali is Dr. Olivia’s receptionist and is a delight, very helpful and I was lucky enough to buy a dozen fresh eggs from her lovingly raised chickens.

Visiting Dr. Olivia's office is such a positive experience. Her receptionist always greets me with a smile and sometimes we chat. In addition, wait time to see Dr. Olivia is very short. The three qualities I like about Dr. Olivia are: She is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with her patients. She takes time to answers my questions and listens to my concerns. She celebrates my success no matter how large or how small. When I leave her office, I feel secure in the fact that I am getting outstanding care and that I am progressing toward total wellness. With Dr. Olivia, we are working toward a common goal in my healing.
