I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elwert. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. I left my appointment feeling much better and appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I have battled problems with my lower back and shoulder for a few years now. I initially came in to get an adjustment that I absolutely need. Everything was explained day 1, my pain as well as my twisted hips. So my first day he has me walk the hall, tells me to "drink more water", puts me on the stim machine, and tells me to come back the next day. No adjustment done at all, ok fine, I'm going in the next day. Day 2 he just feels on a few muscles, talks to me about stretches, tells me to "keep drinking more water", back on the stim machine, and tells me to come back in 2 days. Still no adjustment and still in pain and light struggle to bend and move. Go in day 3 and told to lay face down on the table. I'm thinking, "oh thank God, an adjustment", NOPE completely wrong! He rubs a couple of muscles, does some scraping thing, back on the stim machine, and tells me to come back in 2 days. Well, I decided I was over it and not going back. I had spent $165 out of pocket so far and got ZERO help. Then his front desk clerk starts blowing my phone up over $54 which I explained that I would need to pay it in a couple of weeks when money was put back into my HSA. Then she rudely and condescendingly says, "You don't just have $54?". To which I informed her that an HSA is for MEDICAL BILLS so that's what I would be using to pay the balance. I then receive a letter stating if I didn't pay in 7 days, they would be "turning it over to their attorney for collection". My attorney had a massive laugh about the letter along with me and my wife. But they got paid with the HSA like I said they would, when I had said they would. I've dealt with these kind of people before, they just want to keep billing the insurance, collect the money, and not even help. I gave them 3 chances and they showed the same shady process like the others. I went to a different chiropractor 6 days after my last visit here. I never told them about my visits here, but guess what was done my first visit? The adjustment that I've been needing, the adjustment I told them here that I needed. The new chiropractor said an adjustment is definitely what was needed, and told me that my twisted hip is the source of my lower back pain and poor posture. I was also given great information about how to battle the pain that my armor vest was causing. I went once a week for a month and then was told i only need to come for an adjustment every 3 to 4 months, depending on the pain and stiffness. I'm no longer suffering the discomfort, pain, stiffness, or aggravation. I will never go back here and would strongly recommend AGAINST referring anyone to this place. If you do decide to give them a chance, do so mindfully. If you're not getting what you need and only getting the run around and gaslighting, do not go back! Seek help elsewhere with someone who will listen and not just tell you to drink water and/or put you on a table hooked to a stim machine.

As an track athlete training for the Olympics, Dr. Elwert has been so amazing helping me recover from a hamstring injury. He is also great on teaching me better techniques with taking care of my body. Since I've been with him over the past 2 years, I've seen a MAJOR difference with my performance and the lack of injuries or soreness I've once experienced! Thank you Dr. Elwert for professional knowledge and support on keeping me going as an athlete. BEST IN THE CITY!!

Dr Elwert and his staff (Peggy) are top notch at what they do!! When my neck went out my orthopedic surgeon office referred me to Dr Elwert for treatment. Learning I had arthritis in my neck necessitated weeks of treatment. I have also seen him for my jaw which wasn’t working and most recently Dr Elwert diagnosed severe degenerative spinal discs both lumbar and sacral! He. Has been treating me since March and I have 80 % improvement! Dr Elwert has provided numerous modes of treatment including manipulation and alignment, deep massage, tens unit treatment , and ultrasound, and exercises to do at home between treatments. When a referral is needed for further more invasive management he has been able to refer me to the best! My conditions are not curable but manageable with the help of Dr Elwert! I am so thankful to have found him. He and his staff are professional, friendly, and caring!! In my book they are a five star operation❤️❤️Dr Elwert has bettered my quality of life and has gotten me back in the game!!
