Dr. Jesse Coleman and NP Alma Kelly are awesome and treat you like family. They listen to my medical issues due to my lower back injury. I am recovering slowly but they keep up in giving me the best treatment. I strongly recommend them cause they are dedicated to serve and serve with pride.

One miscommunication after another, and I end up unable to refill my medications until I can be seen next. This would have been great prior information, as I have to abruptly stop duloxetine now. The cherry on top is that their appointments (which last me 5-10 min, with a wait time of 1h or more) are either a month or more out.

UPDATE: 15 SEP 2025 My appointment 0930hrs Arrived at 0913hrs Seen at at 1037hrs after complaining to staff. Due to high pain tolerance I've never needed sedation for this type of shot (nerve blocker). I've had several doctors in several different states perform this exact same procedure on me without sedation and I've never had a problem before. 1. The shot was given to me on the wrong side of my back. 2. For some reason today was the exception. I felt so much pain during the procedure that I mentioned it to the doctor. During the procedure I had trouble breathing and my right arm kept shaking. I held on tight to the table and tore some of the paper off. After shot procedure, I was informed that normal waiting times are between 1hr to 2hrs. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! This place treats you as a number on an assembly line rather than an actual patient. I will NOT be returning back to this office and will inform my insurance company of this matter.

I requested to reschedule an appointment over a week ago through the link they sent through text. After I had selected to reschedule due to a schedule conflict, the next page said someone would reach out to me soon. As I'm waiting to schedule the appointment, they No Showed Me. They claimed to have called me, but there were no calls and no voicemails. This place is a joke with the failure to communicate. I have connected my VA social worker to get a complaint filed.
