I began treatment with Dr. Steve Edelson in July 2024 following a car accident, seeking chiropractic care to aid in my recovery. Initially, I was optimistic about the treatment and appreciated his approach. I paid a $45 initial exam fee and purchased a 4-appointment package for $140, with Dr. Edelson explicitly stating that these appointments never expire. Throughout my sessions, I made an effort to adhere to the treatment plan, but when I attempted to schedule my final appointment, I was informed that my package had expired after 4 months. This directly contradicted what I had been told when I purchased the package. I even possess text messages from Dr. Edelson confirming that missed appointments could be rescheduled without additional charges and that I still had one remaining appointment credit. This discrepancy, combined with the sudden change in policy, left me feeling misled and disappointed. Clear and consistent communication is fundamental in healthcare, especially when patients are managing recovery and financial commitments. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this standard. I hope this feedback encourages greater transparency for future patients, as honesty and integrity are vital components of patient care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Steve Edelson for over 7 years, and without a doubt, he is the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen. Although I’ve tried other chiropractors closer to home in St. Pete and within my newer insurance network, none have come close to matching Dr. Edelson’s level of care. No one else has earned my trust the way he has. Every visit to his office leaves me feeling 1000x better than when I walked in—whether it’s relief from pain or improved mobility. The office itself is comfortable and relaxed, managed by the wonderful Elizabeth, who is always a pleasure to see. I also highly recommend exploring the massage therapy options from his hand-picked providers—some of the best in Tampa Bay. Many insurance plans cover chiropractic-related massage, making it an even better option for holistic care. I simply cannot say enough good things—Dr. Edelson is the best there is!
