They don’t get xray or mri reports they need before making appointment just waste patient time worthless place go somewhere else

Today was my husband’s initial visit, and he walked into the office in a lot of pain but left feeling noticeably better. He was treated with care, patience, and professionalism. During the visit, they took time to explain his condition and even walked him through exercises that made a difference right away. He left not only feeling some relief but also more informed and hopeful about his recovery. We’re both very pleased with the experience!

tldr; SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.They didn't mention that Dr Akers is gone from back surgery. My 2pm appointment took until 4:30 pm to see Dr. Cook, for literally 2 minutes, just to be told that she can't adjust my neck or any other part of my body. I told the front desk what happened and they just shrugged and still charged me $95. This was my worst chiropractic experience i have had in over 20 years of getting adjustments from different doctors at different offices. I decided to try this place because Dr. Akers has mostly good reviews. It was not until I was there for my appointment with him that I heard them tell another patient he was gone for the foreseeable future from back surgery. So I almost left after hearing that but they assured me that Dr. Cook was a good chiropractor and I was in good hands. There are so many annoying things about this place but here are a few. After waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour then they literally made me watch a video about "what chiropractic work is." I had to sit there and wait then they eventually came back in and asked me all the questions I had already answered on the forms. Dr. Cook is nice but she is very small and timid with her adjusting style. She barley moved my neck and said she couldn't adjust it. Then she used an electric activator on my back for less than two mins, which not only didn't feel good but it was actually painful with how hard it was on and how she was using it on my spine and then she was DONE.

After my first visit with Dr Akers, I couldn't believe how much pain relief I experienced. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of care provided by Dr Akers and his staff. I highly recommend him for back and neck pain. I'm grateful to have found him.💃

Dr. Akers is very good. He explains everything and makes us feel great. I really like the BioFreeze. It helps relief discomfort and let's me sleep. Thank you.
