Ted is amazing! He doesn't just do adjustments, he also will educate you and give exercises to help ensure that you maintain the problem areas. He is super knowledgeable and has been helpful for both maintenance and more "emergency" situations as well as rehab after a broken bone. I broke my foot and was misaligned due to walking lobsided while recovering. I went to Ted right away to line me back up and he gave me tips to ensure I can stay that way. I event brought my older (& skeptical) dad to him when he came to visit and was having pain. Ted helped him so much and my dad was a convert. I can't recommend Ted enough.
