I’d been struggling with lower back pain for as long as I could remember when I met Dr. Berman. I had always assumed back pain was just part of the job that comes with being a mom, picking up my kids all day. Who knew my problem actually came from my feet, and a few tight muscles that I didn’t even know existed. With a couple adjustments, along with some instruction on how to loosen my tight muscles, and a few PT exercises, I left with complete relief of my low back pain. Thank you so much, Dr. Bowman!
