My wife is 36weeks pregnant and she was 8mins late to her appointment and they canceled her appointment because of paperwork. They couldn’t get her in for almost a week and a half later. The front desk never explained to her if she was running late they might cancel her appointment. They never sent her paperwork early to fill out before her appointment like they said they would.
