Just had a very negative experience with the receptionist for Dr. Canali. Three of my colleagues, highly recommend her, and I was very excited to begin work. However, I made an appointment with the receptionist days ago who asked for my insurance card, which I gave her. I drove over an hour for the appointment just to find out that my insurance is not accepted.This could’ve easily been handled professionally and administratively beforehand. I gave the receptionist my insurance card information over the phone just to find out when I got there that my insurance was not accepted. She was also rude to me, saying that this what not her fault, becuase I said that I had the same insurance as my colleagues. Which is false, I never said that! I had no idea our employment benefits were different. Meanwhile, my shoulder is still in excruciating pain.

Dr. Canali and Nizscka the nutritionist are amazing. They both prepared my body for chemo. I believe that I haven’t felt any side effects from the chemo treatment due to their guidance. I’m so grateful for their help. I have learned so much about my body and the importance of nutrition.
