Dr. Dodie is incredible!!! She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and explained everything she was doing and why. Dr.Dodie also gave me tips on what I should do to help my back problems. I would highly recommend everyone to go see her. The staff was also very caring and made me feel welcomed.

I really wanted to like this office, especially because a friend highly recommended it, but my experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, but I wasn’t called back until 12:00 and didn’t leave until nearly 1:30. During that time, I sat in a very uncomfortable chair while already in pain, and no one mentioned that I could sit in one of the massage chairs instead. The receptionist was kind and welcoming — truly the bright spot of my visit. However, the doctor seemed rushed and frantic, spoke extremely fast, and didn’t give me much opportunity to respond or explain my pain. The adjustment itself was very brief, mostly using a tool rather than hands-on treatment, and I left feeling dismissed and unheard and still in pain. I can only assume I’d been “squeezed in,” but that was never communicated to me. Had I known, I would have understood the delay. Unfortunately, after waiting two hours and feeling overlooked, I decided to cancel my follow-up appointment and look elsewhere. I wish my experience had matched the positive reviews others have had, but communication and patient care during my visit fell short.

Dr. Dodie has helped me a lot. She and her assistant are very friendly. I feel comfortable coming to this chiropractic clinic. Dr. Dodie uses the Koren Specific Technique with the Arthrostim. This holistic health approach is unique and effective. As of today (7/16/25), Dr. Dodie is the only practitioner in Phoenix, Arizona that is listed on the Koren Specific Technique website.

Great office, warm welcoming! Dr. Dodie is phenomenal! She is thorough , knowledgeable, and has a personality! If you’re in the Arcadia PHX area definitely check her out! I look forward to seeing her every week!

36 mins later still waiting to be seen...an leaving. Took me 1.5hrs in bus & rail travel to come, an same to go home...for NOTHING. Moved me to a room an than still no 1 came!...
