This practice wouldn't work with me. I'm on a fixed income. Before paying close to $200 for my first visit. I wanted to make sure the chiropractor's technique is a good fit for me. It's one thing to not be allowed to tour the office. However, another thing, to not be allowed to ask the chiropractor questions over the phone. Very poor customer service to the point the office manager rudely hung up on me! That's definitely not a way to treat anyone, no less a prospective patient!
