2 stars because staff was nice and knowledgeable, I took advantage of the first time visit for $22 , on the phone she went through what to expect the first visit (exam, consult , adjustment) first visit I wasn't adjusted & dr said sorry for the miscommunication, I'm already uncomfortable with my neck problems as is and so I booked 2 days later for the adjustment since it came with the intro . Come to the final visit he went through my exam findings and came up with a plan & price so I told him I'll see how I feel after , come to the adjustment he kneaded my neck with some kind of instrument on both sides told me to stand up and tell him how I feel.. I asked if he was going to do any more adjustments or cracking , he said that was it ... I was really disappointed I needed for my tension to be released and I feel like those 2 days were a complete waste he them told me to lay down on the table (I thought he felt bad so he was going to do a little more for me ) but instead he put a red light therapy on my neck so I was there for about 5 minutes, I just wish you were more clear that you do not do traditional adjustments because that was highly disappointing for someone looking for relief .

I highly recommend DK Chiropractic and Dr. Kwak. I have been a patient for a number of years and have been completely satisfied with the care from Dr. Kwak and his friendly and very helpful office staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kwak since I got back from California. I got hurt on a sledding accident. I fractured three toes sprained the upper part of my right foot and hurt my lower back. It’s been a year an three months. I referred my grand children they have autism and ADHD. It’s helping small steps at a time. Serena an her assistant are very caring. I enjoy getting adjusted it make my life much easier in performing daily task.

I have also been sceptical about having my neck cracked. I was having pain in my neck and shoulder for over a year. My sister told me about Dr. Kwak's approach. I didn't believe it at first. As he gently manipulated my neck, I could instantaneously feel the tension and pain go away. Awesome.

I have been going to Dk Chiropractic for several years now. It has helped with head aches, tightness in shoulder and lower back pains. It also helps your immune system healthy.
