I've been visiting Dr. Halverson for about six years as the need arises. The adjustments provide relief to my now chronic back discomfort. On other occassional times when I have temporary muscle pain, especially in the mid and lower back, an adjustment or two usually improves my condition quuckly. Dr. Halverson does take time to listen and then consider how best to proceed. I mostly receive adjustments but occassionally other therapies including stretching and massage. As a patient I realize my age, health and overall condition play a role and that keeping weight off, proper sleep and posture all reduce trips to Dr. Halverson. When I fail at those things he does what he can to get me going again.
