This was my first time going to a chiropractor and Dr. Griffin did not disappoint! He greeted me with a smile and put me at ease the moment I walked thru the door. Dr. Griffin took the time to listen to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions about my health history before starting any adjustments. He explained each step of the process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how he made sure I was comfortable and never rushed through the appointment. The adjustment itself was smooth and surprisingly relaxing. I noticed immediate relief in areas I hadn’t realized were so tight, and I left the office feeling lighter and more aligned. Dr. Griffin also shared some helpful stretches and lifestyle tips I can do at home to maintain the progress between visits, which showed he genuinely cares about his patients’ long-term well-being.
