I usually book early in the morning, and I love how easy it is to move appointments around if something comes up. The treatment works wonders for my neck and low back. I always feel so relaxed afterward. Plus, the self-exercise equipment is great — I can stretch and move at my own pace without feeling watched. Totally recommend this place!
