Edited to 3 stars. Dr. Gibson is still an effective chiropracter, but what I have been experiencing when it comes to payments is a bit frustrating. I have seen a chiro for years and the staff are always knowledgeable and aware of patients out of pocket expense. Unfortunately, I have been told different things from Core's front desk. I asked that I be informed of what my co-pay or out of pocket would be before my appointment, and was eventually informed that my visit would just be billed to my insurance, but I ended up having to pay $82.28 at check-out without explanation. This is not okay. I will be talking to doc, and will update my post after. This doesn't change that fact that he is a great chiropractor, though. It is worth going to Dr. Gibson for your chiropractic needs. I have been looking for an effective chiropractor since moving to Jacksonville. I can definitely feel the difference with his adjustments.
