Doing much better. My neck feels good I can turn my head again. I did heavy lifting putting away patio furniture and weeded the garden. I had a sore back after doing that but by today have no pain. Sleep is better I came in 4-5 hours sleep a night, last night slept 7 1/ 4 hours and even remembered a dream usually didn’t get into rem sleep much.
