Very rude and aggressive scheduler. I signed up to receive a call through an IG ad. When I received a call, the agent rushed through a bunch of intake questions. This felt like a formality, I figured an actual assessment would happen in office. When it came time to schedule, she informed me that the doctors were on vacation for the next week. Considering how packed my schedule is and that they aren’t open on weekends I asked for an appointment at the end of the month. At that point the agent questioned my commitment to getting better. The person said that if I schedule that far out I would forget about the appointment, not show up, waste the doctor’s time, and they would lose that money. I couldn’t believe that happened.
