Called to schedule and appointment after being in a car accident only to be told by the receptionist I would have to pay $50 everytime I come in and use their personal attorney to receive treatment? Sounds like a complete scam to demand such a not customer friendly service with no remorse and even told me well find someone else when I asked what if I don’t want an attorney?

Called to walk in because i tweaked my back. Said I would be there at 1210 when they close at 1. Non friendly girl Alyssa answered saying they don’t take walk- ins after noon. Sorry I didn’t know because nothing on website or google says that. 10 minutes past a non communicated deadline and I can’t get help from my back. I live walking distance 😏. What if I walked In and not called? Hmmm.

This practice is amazing! Dr Jared has put together the best team. He and Dr. Abby are caring, thorough and very talented. They are intuitive about their patient care. We are long term patients and have seen consistent excellence through the years. Your first interaction will probably be with Tracy or Alisa. They are the truly the heart of the organization.
