Chiropractic Health of Dilworth

Had a adjustment here with Dr. Bryan Mozingo and seems generous at first. So I had got a treatment plan for multiple visits for my crackling in my joints problem, after setting up the appointments, he's not as genuinely concern with my health and his adjustments was mediocre and everything felt rushed because he had other bookings same time as my appointment. Then I wanted to get more specific treatment for my neck & he recommended trying out the neck decompression machine which he did not mention and made it clear that it was a extra $120 for the treatment and I thought it had already came with the treatment plan I paid for or it was a try out trial to see if I like it. So after the neck decompression machine treatment, the receptionist told me that I had to pay for the use of the machine, but if she would've verified me about the cost before letting me use it and if Dr. Mozingo had let me know about the cost for the use of the machine, I definitely would've pass up on it, but he basically try to milk everything he can. So after complaining about it , I ended up paying the extra cost for the use of the machine and then decided to cancel my treatment plan. Customer service is horrible, barely kept me updated and had to constantly get in touch with them to get my refund and after almost 2 months I finally got my refund back! I would avoid Dr. Bryan Mozingo and recommended Dr. Remi over at the university area because she's more genuine, straight forward and does more on the adjustments treatment.

One of the most kind and informative staff. Doctor Ham is so detailed into his work and care. So thankful for everyone as they continue to do amazing things!

Mozingo is fantastic. This group has modern tools and technology, in addition to industry leading knowledge about spinal health. I met Dr. Mozingo at a community event in the Dilworth area and have been loyal to him since. Back feels great and no more headaches thanks to their adjustments!
