My neck pain has been intense for the past 5 months (I was waiting for it to go away on its own). I finally made an appointment with Dr Helton. He is very thorough, and after X-rays, and several appointments to carefully assess the situation he adjusted my neck and I am feeling so much better for the first time in 5 months!! He has provided additional therapies, and guidance that is also addressing a knee issue too. I wish I would not have waited so long!

I’m so grateful that I was able to get in with Dr. John for a last minute appointment! I was experiencing pain in my neck and arm that had started a week ago. I have never experienced such a thorough initial exam before! Not only did I feel take care of, I learned new things about myself and my body- I also learned about metaphysics as well as medicine! In one session, Dr. John and his team spent time assessing my pain and were able to identify what was causing it! I got relief as well as a plan for treatment moving forward to treat the main issue. I cannot recommend Dr John and his team more highly! They took great care of me and I am looking forward to seeing them again soon!

Truly the most genuine and problem solving holistic doctor there is in the Portland local area. I always suffered from a deviated septum and had a hard time breathing. Doctor John gave me the Cfr treatment and I been able to breathe better and have more energy throughout the day! I had series of 4 session with each session improving my breathing and air intake throughout my nostrils. Thank god for Dr. John
