I came to Dr. Kiela unable to sit down or put my shoes on. I was in severe pain and immobility after overexerting my lower back. I suffered for 4 days before I scheduled an appointment. My great reduction in pain was immediate! Now after a month of consistent appointments, I can touch my toes and rarely have pain flare ups. Dr Keila made me feel comfortable, helped me understand what was happening to my spine and nervous system, and gave me short helpful exercises to do at home. I’ll keep getting adjusted monthly to counteract the effects of daily compression (driving, desk work, etc). The receptionist is kind and professional too. Thank you Chiropractic Care team!
