⚠️ Camioneros, eviten este lugar ⚠️ Parece que como centro quiropráctico el personal y las condiciones son buenas, pero mi experiencia con el trámite de la DOT card fue muy negativa. Me cobraron $80, y no incluyen la autocertificación con el DMV, ni siquiera como favor, a pesar de que yo no sabía cómo hacerlo y ni en la web pude lograrlo. Después supe que en otros lugares el precio es de $70 e incluye la autocertificación. Tras varios días intentando resolverlo, finalmente tuve que ir personalmente al FLHSMV y pagar casi $10 más para completar la autocertificación. En resumen: si eres camionero, busca otro lugar donde te den el servicio completo y más económico.

Bad experience, no respect to patients. Called to schedule an appointment and making sure they would take my insurance. When I got to the office I was told my insurance was out of network.

Pésimo lugar para hacer chequeo clínico del dot para la licencia cdl te cobran $80 y no lo reportan al dot te dan los papeles para q los entregues tú en el dmv una real estafa espero q rectifiquen este problema en ningún lugar el cliente tiene q entregar los papeles en el dmv yo hace 1 mes 1/2 me Cheke con ustedes y el reporte no aparece en mi licencia tienen alguna explicación para eso mandar al cliente con las copias al dmv es legal pregunto yo nunca en 20 años con la licencia me paso cosa igual quede fuera de servicio gracias a ustedes
