Dr. Mausser, Monica & their newest employee Erica are AMAZING! This is the BEST group of people I've had the pleasure of working with. They work with INTEGRITY & PASSION. They are extremely caring, patient & accommodating. They actually take the time to stop & listen to you, your needs, your concerns or even just how your day is & they do it in a way that makes you feel heard & respected, more like a friend than just a dollar sign! Dr. Mausser is by far the BEST chiropractor or even doctor for that matter that I have ever met! He cares about his patients & he's passionate about his work. He takes the time to address any & all of your (chiropractic) problems. He doesn't try to rush you out the door like most DR's do. There were 2 other Dr's who worked on me for about 2 weeks or more while Dr. Mausser was out, 1 really big guy & a smaller guy & neither of them even compared to how well Dr. Mausser does his job. In fact I actually had MORE pains when i left than when I went in. If I could continue seeing Dr. Mausser beyond this car accident B.S. I would gladly pay to do so! Even after your last appointment he continues to be GREAT & extend out his hand for help if you need it. He has gone above & beyond what he's entitled to do from the 1st day & beyond the last! (THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!)

I go to the location at 3228 south 12th ave I’ve been their for 3 months. Dr. Mauser has always been professional. Always prompt and attentive to my needs. He empowers me to try different stretching methods to relieve my tightened muscles. His staff is very nice, and caring as they greet me when I arrive and when I leave. It’s definitely a family atmosphere His staff that I’ve known the longest is Monica and Jennifer. I see some of the bad things that were said about this office and in my experience it’s the exact opposite of that. I would rate them higher then a 5 if I could Mainly because they go the the extra mile to make sure your comfortable. The lyft rides to and from my appointments have been a blessing as it saves me 2 hours With each visit. So thank you for all you do it’s much appreciated

I was referred to Chiro-plus after a car accident. There I was greeted by Jennifer and Monica. They were always there wearing smiles as they got me checked in and hooked up to the machines. Dr. Clint is the coolest chiropractor I've ever met. And he was very genuine and kind. He listened to me and helped me with every step in the process. If I ever need a chiropractor, this is definitely where I will go!

My son and his fiancé were in an accident and had to see Dr. Mowzer. He was kind and professional and very understanding of their pain. Unfortunately, his 2 receptionists named Jennifer and Monica made their visits very uncomfortable and stressful, that they will never go back. They assumed my son only spoke English but he understood every spanish word that belittled, mocked,and humiliated them. Every visit got worse to the point where they started cancelling important therapies. I dont know why they targeted my son and fiance to the point that his fiance cried in the car and cancelled her therapy. Monica and Jennifer called my son's girlfriend a complainer and a girl who thought she was "all that" and imitated her calling her stupid. Very unprofessional, degrading, immature, and just hateful on their part. They wouldnt let me leave Dr. Mowzer a message. They also mocked other patients and my son was disgusted and is not going back because of them.
