I went to chiro one due to needing an adjustment. I found them on here and did the new patient promotion…$20 for the first two visits. That was too good to be true. I show up to my appointment and find out that to be adjusted it will cost extra, no big deal (this was not mentioned when I made the appointment). Later on, they want to set up a monthly payment arrangement for services that I don’t need. After some deliberating with my wife we determine that it’s out of the ordinary for a chiropractor to charge a monthly payment and that we also cannot afford the extra $300 a month. Fast forward to today, I have been charged that $300 a month after discontinuing services with them. I call and speak with them and they provide the patient advocate number. I call that number and it says “thank you for calling the patient advocate line for chiro one” then proceeds to send me to the Liberty office. Samantha who has been wonderful in trying to help me get this figured out, has me try calling again. It does the same thing. She also provides me with the patient advocate email. I have not heard anything back from that as of now. Needless to say, don’t go here if you just need and adjustment. You’ll get wrapped up in a monthly payment arrangement that is absolutely insane and if you discontinue services you’ll still get charged.

It's a good place but I go after work and just wish they let me get adjusted and leave . Sometimes I'm just too tired for the exercises.

I’ve been to numerous chiropractors over the years and this was a disaster of a first experience. I made it very clear that if I was not receiving an adjustment on my first visit that I would just leave.. I understand there is a process but I felt they were more concerned with collecting their $20 fee than actually treating my clear back issue. I asked multiple times and the Dr assured me that he would but continued to work on other customers while I just sat there for over a hour. Won’t be back.. complete waste of time and money.
