I found the staff to be very very friendly. However, having had chiropractic care before I was extremely excited about the physical therapy aspect of their system. I thought I would be working with an actual physical therapist after each adjustment and traction and that was not the case. Also, there was no treatment after the traction, well I guess the traction was the treatment. The physical therapy aspect was being on your own after the receptionist showed you how to do the stretches and how to use the two types of machines available! It wasn't at all what I was expecting! At the end on my session from July to Sept. there was no evaluation from either one of the doctors to see if there has been any improvement just the reception sent in to sign me up for another session! Again they were lovely people just not what I was expecting! Another thing that was different was the adjustments were not done privately. The tables were right there together out in the open and it seems to me everyone pretty much received the same type of adjustment. I guess their system just didn't feel personalized enough for me. It felt like an assembly line and I didn't care for that. Also, their hours were just not convenient for my work schedule. Overall, a very clean facility with lovely staff just not the treatment I was looking for.
