🌿✨ To the Healing Haven at Dr. Sato’s Office ✨🌿 In this sweet corner of Honolulu, I found more than treatment — I found remembrance. Each breath, each pulse of energy, Each sacred touch across my feet and spine, Unlocked something ancient within me — Not just relief… but return. With every session, my body softened, my heart steadied, And my soul whispered truths it had long silenced. The healing rippled into places I didn’t know still hurt. And my own spiritual gifts — Once clouded by exhaustion — began to rise. To you, Dr. Chad Sato, with all my heart: Thank you for the way your presence holds space For the seen and unseen. For letting spirit enter. For being a portal of peace. I leave lighter, clearer… more whole. Now I understand why life brought me first to Honolulu which was never in my plans. . So deeply grateful. With aloha and quiet reverence, Ingrid.

Over the years friends and clients would tell me about this wonderful healer in Manoa. I finally went to see Dr Chad when my low back was super "out." Through his expertise (physical adjustments, mental & emotional purging) I was able to heal the injury. Weekly visits were always amazing and uplifting. Fast forward to 2021, I endured a spinal fracture. I knew the best way to heal was through Dr Chad's whole body method. Adjusting the spine wasn't going to be a long term solution, I had to dig into the why. I've done some deep dives into the emotional and mental components of why this injury happened. Dr Chad has done a wonderful job bringing me back to health, wellness and gratitude. The change has been so profound that hubby is now seeing Dr Chad!

I’ve been going to Dr. Chad for a little over a year now and am amazed at the mental, emotional, and physical changes that I’ve noticed with my body. Some subtle changes and some very noticeable. My breathing is a very noticeable change and I didn’t realize the lack of oxygen I was getting before. My breathe is full and travels throughout my entire body and that was an immediate change for me and a big realization moment to what I've been missing out on. I’ve also had some sports injuries over the past year, shoulder pain and ankle pain which were volleyball injuries. Those were also immediate fixes when I saw Dr. Chad. My posture is extremely better and that's subtle and ongoing but noticable. The ongoing day to day challenges of mental and emotional stress feel lightened in the sense that I have clarity of mind in decision making and making those decisions based off of my needs and what is harmonious to my life. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Chad if you’re interested in a holistic/energy based approach.

I have quite unhappy experienced with Dr Sato. When I decided to quit his chiropractic care, nobody has ever explained about the last reevaluation fee they charged in his office. I have told Dr Sato and his receptionist that I was going to stop receiving his chiropractic care before the last reevaluation. Basically Dr Sato charged the reevaluation fee for his future chiropractor care and HIS record from even if patients who have already decided to leave him in advance?? because he hopes they will come back to his office sooner ! In fact, the receptionist in his office said to me that I have 3 months to decide whether I come back to his office ( so no charge for the reevaluation fee ) or not. Not only he has odd practice with keeping patients, but also he creates ingenious way to make money whether patients stay or leave. I saw several chiropractor before in Hawaii, but nobody charged the way he charged. I felt this is a little bid greedy how he sets up with his fee. I strongly believe Dr Sato tried not to be clear this kind of extra fee for patients who were going to leave him. At least in my case. I do not believe this was miscommunication since he has been practicing long enough and should be avoid this kind of confusion easily. Also I have already suggested to Dr Sato that he should not tell people when he does not really mean it. Dr Sato is a typical everybody's friend type of person. He always told patients when we have questions, we can e-mails to him. I only sent e-mails to him occasionally if I have questions and there were no time to ask questions to him in his office anyway. But I have never received any e-mails from him for my questions. Only times I received his e-mails were e-mails in regarding to a referral or an another appointment which he would possibility make money, but not my health concerns. I also tried his 1 hour life facilitator program just like a coaching program in October, 2017. This program has a follow up 15 mins consultation after one hour session. I have never received the follow up consultation. He has a lack of consistency and I can't trust this kind of person no matter how friendly he is. I also was not happy he recommended his friend's business ( Alice Inoue) which I totally am not interested in. Dr Sato is very bushiness oriented chiropractor although he has never showed it to patients in his office. I am no longer his source of income. Dr Sato helped me with some degree. I felt calm in his office during I received his chiropractic care. But unfortunately I have never had an extraordinary experienced. I wish I had, REALLY ! Dr Sato is definitely NOT the best chiropractor I have tried. In addition, Dr Sato gives his treatments for animals as well. Even if I took Dr Sato's animal workshop for my cats. There was not much content. It was just waste of my time. Hope Google translates this review in Japanese properly.

One of the best chiropractors I’ve seen for my own care, and I’ve been a chiropractor 16 years :)
