I called the office to talk to my husband who was at an appointment there. They refused to let me speak to him. He went in with needing some emergency help. I had to leave him at home. I was so nervous about leaving him alone. We had a friend take him to Cates and I just wanted to talk to him and see how it was going. I was so upset that she just lied to me. It would have been so much better had she just said, "I'm sorry, I am not allowed to release any patient information" but instead she just played it off like she had not clue who that was and that no one was there. It made me think my husband never made it there. I couldn't reach him on the phone. I was so worried. I couldn't reach my friend either. I get the need to protect privacy but she took it too far.

Called to ask how much it would be for an adjustment, was told $40 cash. Got to my appointment and waiting 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Once I was taken back the doctor came in and suggested I get an X-ray. I told her I do not need the x-ray and just want to do the adjustment as that was the plan from the beginning. Then a nurse came in and said it would be an additional $100 for a doctor to examine me plus the $40. Wasted an hour and still left with back pain! Will never go back!
