Dr Cross is the best of all the chiropractors I have ever had. Super strong, thorough, communicative, and takes his time w you to do it right. Knows just what to do and gives his best every time. A real gem!!!! You leave feeling like everything you wanted was done right.

My experience with this place was not as great as others, after months of going back and forth trying to get my insurance recognized here I finally bit the bullet and decided to just pay out of pocket since I was not showing up in their system. Originally I was given a 3:45 time slot, but was texted for a 4 o' clock reschedule, I accepted with no problems at all. I showed up I 3:50 and waited until 4:25 before another patient was called in before me which would have left me unseen until at least 4:40. I had to call out of work to come here, and I left before then without ever seeing a chiropractor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cross off and on now for 18 years. He saw me through tweaked necks, work injuries, a very difficult pregnancy and beyond! Every time I’ve been in miserable pain and couldn’t move, I left feeling 75% better. And by the next morning I would be 90% or completely better and not even remember the pain! I love the roller tables they have in the office. Those help stretch out my spine so nicely and prep for adjustment. I’ve always told him I wish I had one at home! His method is thorough and he never rushes. There’s good reason he doesn’t take new patients!
