Amazing gem of a place! I started here for acupuncture and eventually transitioned to receiving both acupuncture and chiropractic services. Michelle is truly a gifted acupuncturist, if you are weary or nervous, start here! Acupuncture is truly a gift and an art and Michelle has it, she makes you feel at ease and delivers delicious add-ons such as cupping, infrared heat, heated table and chines herbs to soothe away stiffness. Dr. B is equally amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He unlocked so many obstacles for me that were hindering my running progression and causing pain. This service is so much more than back cracking, Dr. B provides an in-depth analysis of your skeletal-muscle system, provides education and recommendation to age functionally-which really should be our all goals! Thank you also to Celene in the front for making it super easy to bill our insurance and keep the office running smooth and efficiently. Best part of Portland!

I couldn't be happier! Dr. Borgadt took a wholistic approach to understanding my shoulder pain and offered simple, effective exercises. After 3 months of chronic and worsening shoulder pain, my shoulder is 90% better and am excited to continue to work with Dr. Borgardt to address my lower back pain. Dr. Borgardt helped me change my life! I had chronic back spasms for many years. I went to countless chiropractors before him who recommended I come in up to 3 times a week for adjustments that didn't solve the root problem, just gave me temporary relief. When I met Dr. B he immediately examined and diagnosed my hyper-mobility in a way that no chiropractor ever had, and taught me exercises to strengthen my spine and keep me out of his office. Now I do 5 minutes of core exercises every day and I rarely have spasms. I went from about 3 spasms a week to maybe 3 per year!
