My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Carpenter for 10 years, since moving to Albuquerque. He and Paula, his office manager are so kind, personable, and attentive. They always fit us in if we have an emergency. They remember details about our conversations and will ask about our family each visit. Dr. C will also always follow up with the issues we discussed or worked on the prior appointment to make sure the issue is resolved, or to continue working on it, if needed. I moved to Doc C. from my original chiropractor, who unfortunately passed on a few years back. Doc C. has been great in keeping my creeping scoliosis in line (pun, there) with regular treatments so that I am able to keep up with life. Not sure what employee it was. But i was parking in the in parking lot of this location. To visit my relative on Hospice at the nursing home behind him. And a tall Man came out of this business and started screaming at me and my small child to “move my truck and I’m Taking all the parking spaces” very very aggressively. I was not parking in front of this building and more than 3/4ths of the parking lot was empty for it was the 4th of July holiday and all other businesses there were closed. My daughter got very frightened as did I. I did move my car as I didn’t want any problems but the aggression was uncalled for. (I did park there due to the parking at the nursing home was full due to the holiday)
