I am a long-time chiro patient (10 years) and Jon Diaz is hands-down the best chiro I know in San Diego (and I’ve seen many). I could barely move my neck for several months and after a couple of adjustments I’m feeling amazing! He is not afraid to get things moving and I know I can count on him for my poor posture habits and forward rounded shoulders. His technique not only resolves my tight locked up neck issues, but I am able to stretch out better. I feel instant relief after my apts and I feel lucky that I found him several years ago! Dr. Jon is a fantastic chiropractor. Not only does he take the time to listen to me, he works with me to alleviate my discomfort at home by offering movements and stretches that really help.
