It's made a night to day difference in my life I can move again without any pain and enjoy my life again not having to think about limitations because of pain and suffering. He is a great chiropractor

Very unethical practices when it comes to billing! My husband purchased and used pre-paid Groupon promotion for his 2 adjustments at Kikuchi office. A few weeks later we received a notice from our medical insurance that Kikuchi office has billed them for my husband's 2 visits (that he already pre-paid for with Groupon). When my husband was in Kikuchi's office filling out the forms prior to adjustments, he specifically stated the he should not fill out the insurance form as he is paying with Groupon, but the staff informed him that insurance information is just for future records to keep on file... Lo and behold, later they used this information (behind our backs) to double dip - once from the pre-paid Groupon and then our insurance, robbing us of 2 future chiropractic services as we only have 12 of them covered by insurance per year. Such a scam move from a supposedly highly rated doctor's office. What a shame!
