I started having fairly concerning back pain while on a few business trips. I found Dr Kristen on Google (of course). Reviews helped me so I like to occasionally pay that forward as well. I expected just to hop in and get an adjustment or two. Nope! But wait, that’s the awesome thing. She wanted to actually learn and treat me correctly as relates to what might be going on. Long of the short, she ordered XRays and we reviewed those results (when my PCP would not mind you). Over the first few visits simply put I felt better and better and better. And today I keep regular appointments like anything else it takes maintenance if you need (plus a bad week of travel or office chair etc ) but I am 180 degrees from a few months ago and very very happy about that and to have found the Bova Family Chiropractic practice. Everyone is different of course so YMMV and keep that in mind - she does. And if you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable chiropractic Doctor look no further. Especially if you are local as it is such a cool location (steps from the best Americanos cafe at Cafe Del-a Sport for instance). TL:DR. Don’t hesitate if you need back or hip or related issues to make an appointment with Dr Kristen!

Absolutely the BEST!! Dr. Kristen is amazing!! She makes you feel so comfortable, she's warm, fun and attentive to my chiropractic needs. So different from some of the creepy, male chiropractors I've visited over the years. She makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave! I absolutely LOVE her!! Highly recommend!!

Kristen is incredibly knowledgable and has a very welcoming and positive attitude. She really cares about her patients and is flexible when it comes to scheduling. As someone that lives a very active and stressful lifestyle that causes a lot of back pain, she has tremendously helped relieve that pain and has improved my overall quality of life. Truly so grateful to have her in the North End!
