Boston Spine and Performance is the best, holistic bank pain specialists that I have encountered. I've had back pain and tingling sensations in my lower extremities on and off since high school and have seen many providers throughout the decades. I recently herniated a disk lifting weights which forced me to again seek medical help; I tend to avoid this as most providers have been of no help and give me the standard off the shelf treatments. After spending time getting to understand what was going on, Dr. Taylor quickly zeroed in on muscles in my inner thighs that stabilize your back that I have never learned to fire - despite reading a tremendous amount about training, playing sports, and being in the military. Additionally, she developed personalized exercises to fix this imbalance in addition to treating the nerve issues. My whole hip-back-shoulders chain has been rewired and is now recruiting the correct muscles. Visiting and following the programming of Boston Spine and Performance has been the most effective investment I have made in overcoming a persistent decades long issue.

Dr. Taylor has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to chiropractic pain management/rehab/prehab. Her approach is incredibly well-rounded, incorporating chiro/PT/massaging techniques and pivoting based on any issues that come up between sessions. She's helped me navigate some trap/shoulder issues and provides thorough and comprehensive suggestions/exercises for at home. What I appreciate most is the agency she provides me. I don't end sessions feeling like I HAVE to come back. They really want to get you in a place where you don't need to continue treatment. Highly recommend BS&P!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Taylor and Dr. Sara at Boston Spine and Performance! I was introduced to Boston Spine and Performance by a friend/mentor and scheduled a call with Dr. Sara. Told Dr. Sara I was experiencing imbalances (back pain, unresponsive muscles, ankle and hip pain) after partially rupturing my Achilles back in January 2024. I shared with her my goal is to get back to playing basketball without any pain or restrictions in movement and feel strong enough to play 6 times a week. I’m currently 31 years old and at times I’ve looked and felt foolish for wanting to play basketball at a high level again. But the more I pray for clarity and reflect, it’s not foolish to be better and become more than I am right now. Dr. Taylor has been absolutely amazing! From day one I knew Boston Spine & Performance was the space I needed to be in! I was broken but I felt seen and heard. I shared challenges I was dealing with and received solutions to work through those challenges. I see Dr. Taylor once a month and every time I leave our appointments together I feel hopeful and better than the way I walked in. This past week I managed to play basketball 4-5 times this week and I didn’t feel any aches or pain in my joints, just muscle soreness after - which is a great sign! I still have more work to do but I am moving and feeling a lot better because of the work at Boston Spine & Performance! I give A LOT of my credit to them! Nothing but respect and appreciation for them both!!!

I spent a year in terrible discomfort and pain from sciatica before I found Dr. Turner. It was a year of seeing specialists and physical therapists who could never get to the root of my pain and did not offer anything that helped me in a meaningful way even though I dutifully followed all their instructions. It was by chance that I came across Boston Spine and Performance after a late night google search of specialized treatment for sciatica and found reviews of people like me (finally!) who were actually getting treatment that helped them get better. Dr. Turner has not only helped me get out of pain when I was feeling hopeless, but she is working with me to continue my progress and get back to all the physical activities I love (hiking, skiing, lifting weights, etc.). She gave me hope when I was in a dark place when no one else could. I'm so amazed and grateful to be out of pain and back at the gym. A previous spine doctor told me I should never do squats or deadlifts again - Dead wrong! This program works!

I chose to check out Boston Spine and Performance because they offered both chiropractic and physical therapy treatment. I started working with Dr. Taylor Turner to address severe pain in my back. From the very first visit, Dr. Taylor was attentive and detailed in addressing any questions or concerns I had. More importantly, Dr. Taylor demonstrates a genuine care for her patients and the progress they make. It did not take long for me to notice the progress I made and as of today I am nearly pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone who may be experiencing similar issues.
