Visited this Beautiful place late July 2025 paid $125 for a Colon Cleanse. Great, once arrival did not understand it was a self service situation. I can take blame for missing that info on the website I attempted to use the device was unable to do so. You get a crash course training and left alone to figure it out, no one checked on me in 10 min as promised i had to Google the phone number call the front desk and ask to send someone back to ask questions or it says the person didn't show up however due to self service they were no help so I'll try it again unsuccessful I just got dressed went to the front desk and attempted to talk about a refund and here's where the review is bad they offered a 30 minute massage which doesn't equal up to the money spent I was told he had to clean the machine and pay for the machine that's why I couldn't have a refund It has to be escalated well it has now been around 9 days and I still have not heard back from the corporate office to even apologize or because no one felt like they needed to have any empathy for my situation regardless of what it was excellent Customer Service should always be provided and at least attempt that you care about your Customer. The manager advised that he would try to get longer equipment and I can come back and try again but again still no word from anyone that's kind of disheartening.
