I started going to Batterton about two years ago for back pain and still go a couple times a month for an adjustment, or as I call it, my "tune up." Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. I started with back pain but found regular adjustments help me to keep feeling good. I've learned a lot about how the body works and have been suprised by some of the unexpected benefits. For example, my regular adjustment includes an adjustment on my sinuses and ears. This helps my congestion and drainage so much, that I used to take allergy pills regularly and don't need to anymore. I have a stretch and exercise routine I do at home on my own, then combined with regular adjustments, I feel my best everyday. Thank-you Dr B and Dr Kayla and the whole team!
