So here’s what you get for $99… It starts with a long questionnaire — which, to be fair, seems important. Then Erin reviews it with you and adds what I’d call “sales-style” questions meant to build value and emotion, like “So if I could help relieve your pain, how would that make you feel?” Not her exact words, but you get the idea. I understand the approach — building rapport and showing empathy — but it came across as rehearsed, not genuine. After that, you’re taken for a series of X-rays. At first, I was actually impressed. The process felt high-tech and professional. Then, you sit for a few minutes before being asked to lie down for a brief “treatment.” Honestly, it felt so light and superficial that I started wondering if it was even real. I knew it was, but it felt off — almost like I was being sold something rather than treated. When it was over, I was told I’d get my results on my next visit. That surprised me. I was told Erin needed time to review the X-rays, mark them up, and create a treatment plan — and that I’d also receive my second treatment then. When I told my wife, she immediately asked, “Why do you have to go back in person for that?” — and I didn’t have an answer. To be clear, I had no intention of committing to a treatment plan until I compared options with my insurance, another chiropractor, or a sports medicine specialist. But Erin seemed to assume the sale, saying things like, “You have to come back — one session won’t do anything.” I get that — but it felt pushy. Her plan, as it turns out, was to charge for another session before even sharing the results from the first visit. To me, that felt like a bait and switch. When I questioned it, she became defensive and claimed that “all doctors have you return to review their findings.” That’s simply not true — I’m a heart patient, and my results are always shared through the patient portal. It’s not like I was waiting for life-changing test results. When I asked her to email the X-rays, she said I wouldn’t understand them anyway. I agreed but asked her to at least send a summary. She promised to send both — but never did. At this point, I plan to do a chargeback on my card. She’ll lose a customer, get a negative review, and hopefully learn from the experience. She’s young and may just need time to understand that patients value honesty and transparency above all. I do not recommend Erin.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedures that she would be performing on my neck and back
