Been going here for about 6 years now. No one has been able to help my wife like Dr. Russo does. Being able to depend on her has been literally life changing. The Atlas Orthogonal method is surprisingly effective (and gentle), and Dr. Russo is fantastic. I also have a friend with neck issues that no longer hold her back, thanks to Dr. Russo.

Worst experience ever, felt like I did not matter. I was there 10 minutes Some Lady asked if I had appointment and gave me pain sheet to fill out. Rude receptionist did not get there until 815 yelling at me saying you need to stop filling out that paperwork I have nothing on you! and I don't know who you are!? like really well im a new patient. she said she had been on sick leave like that is my fault and does not know what is going on I asked if I can stand because I have problems sitting and looking down to fill out paperwork she said "No we get calls and you can't listen" and closed the sliding window on me, I got close to reception to give her back paperwork that I did not want to stay there one more minute then she was being nice " just fill it out youre almost done". when I had way more paperwork to fill out I said no I will reschedule and walked out but will never go back there. How sad that you hire people that do not want to be there but hey! good luck on your busines it seems to be doing Fab.

I would not recommend this place. The Dr. will only see you for about 5 min max most visits. Sometimes she wont even adjust you and yet you will still be charged for the visits. She will try to sell you other products like supplements or back braces which are expensive. If what she tries doesn't work she always mentions she has a plan B. Lastly, she wants you to sign a waiver which allows them to charge you taxes and bill you later.

I can not properly express how much Dr. Russo and her staff have helped me. I was in an auto accident and she helped me with 2 sprains in my neck and a concussion. The medical questionnaire is long but she reads it all and asks you questions regarding it. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. To my surprise she even fixed by digestive issue that I have had for over a year and my Primary Care who I saw several times about this issue didn't. I highly recommend Dr. Russo.
