I have known Dr. Jensen for many years. He makes all his patients feel comfortable & never feel rushed. Upon entering his office, he always greets you with a smile & I love his dry sense of humor which makes me laugh. He is well educated & has decades of experience. If you have questions, he's happy to answer them. His office is calm with peaceful music in the background. If you are looking for a great chiropractor, you have found the right place. Highly recommended.

I can not speak to the Dr’s quality of chiropractic adjustments as I was never serviced today. Though, I was very upset with my visit. I had booked a visit here a few days ago due to an extreme amount of pain caused by a pinched nerve under a knot. I showed up to this appointment early to get my paperwork done and arrive in timely manner. From the start the provider seemed pretty argumentative about my insurance and asking if I had a “remaining deductible”. I explained multiple times no I don’t pay copays or deductible with my insurance (I work front office at a clinic myself and am very familiar with credentialing insurance including my own). I told him he is more than welcome to run my insurance to double check no problem. I then sat and waited for over an hour in the lobby just for him to come up to me and tell me PAST my appointment time he couldn’t verify my insurance and would have to charge me $75 to be seen or that I could sit there and call my insurance myself. It is not my job to verify insurance for a company I am seeking relief from. I was there to be serviced not work. There was plenty of time to let me know I would have to pay a fee due to the businesses lack of verifying insurance before appointments. I have never had any issues with my insurance and it is active. I was not willing to pay $75 for something that is fully included in an insurance I already pay money towards. He then told me he would have to mark me as a “no show” through ZocDoc which I booked through so his practice wasn’t charged any fees for not seeing me. I felt like this business was very money hungry and haven’t been made to ever feel this uncomfortable in a practice before. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Jensen is the best chiropractic I ever had. Very professional , friendly , and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family . We always have a good conversation when I come in as well .

I have had 4-5 migraines/headaches a week since my car accident 6 years ago. Went to my first visit April 7th and haven't had a headache since. Dr Jensen has been wonderful, highly recommend!
