Do not book with them if you have Banner for insurance. I'm not even sure what the chiropractor is like, because even though I told the receptionist I had banner Health and asked very specifically if they accepted my insurance she said, "yes absolutely" -only to then tell me, after a 45 minute drive, "I'm sorry we don't accept your insurance but you can pay out of pocket." Absolutely unprofessional, just a disgraceful way to get cash out of people who need health services. Not an honest mistake. I asked more than once for reassurance.

I will never come here again got here at 8 am hoping to be seen early was told doctor wouldnt even be here til 11 am ok so i waited since my appointment wasn't til 1230 so i have now been setti g here since 11am filled out my paper work at 8 am his last patient lift at 1130 no one has been seen since this place is a joke even people that was late got seen before me. Worse place ever that i have been too
