Best chiropractor you will find. I had severe headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, nausea, and wooziness and was seeing a neurologist and other doctors who didn't know what was happening. Keith found out it was TMJ and now I'm back to normal after treating it. Keith will not just crack you for 5 minutes and have you leave. He will try to find and the root cause of what is going on to being you pain relief. Thanks!

Dr. Keith Schreffler is an amazing chiropractor. He uses Active Release Therapy which allows the muscles to relax and release. Dr. Schreffler has kept me pain free regardless of my diagnosis of scoliosis, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis and osteoporosis. I live a very active life. I workout seven days a week alternating between weights, cardio, dance, yoga and Pilates. I highly recommend Dr. Schreffler and Artic Integrative Health to anyone looking to live an active and pain free life.
