My husband was here 2 weeks ago to get an MRI because I accessed him and told him that's what he needed. He's been having shoulder pain and I recommended he get an MRI not an Xray because I was positive it was a ligament/tendon issue. He went to this office to be accessed and the provider told him he ordered an MRI but it ended up being an Xray. I asked my husband every day since his appointment on Saturday if they had called him back for the results. He said no. Its now a week later and I called to follow up by myself. The doctor had the results the whole time and advised me he didn't order a MRI he ordered an x-ray. My husband would have to come back in for treatments spanning 6 weeks in order for him to get a MRI. I wish that my husband or me was informed about this prior to making an appointment. We are now having to waste more time going back and forth, he's still in pain with no resolution. I wish doctors nowadays cared more about their patient's health than trying to make $$$.
