The shadiest billing department I have ever experienced. I visited three times, paid in full for each visit without insurance, and made sure I did not have a balance, and on the third visit they informed me I owed them $200 extra because they made a coding mistake internally on every visit. Completely unprofessional and not at all the responsibility of the client. STAY AWAY from this office. The nurses are fine but the office staff will try to take advantage of you and swindle you out of more money.

I have a long complicated spinal history with multiple diagnoses & chronic pain. I've seen several chiropractors in Nashville over the years, but I have finally found my chiropractic "home." My husband & I have seen Dr. Diaz (marvelous!!!) twice & I also saw Dr. Ben Baggett for trigger point injections once. Injections were followed up with ice & ultrasound, thank you Chris & Jacob! I feel better today than I have in years & so does my husband. This is a wonderful team of professionals who actually care about people. As a retired nurse, this is key to me. We have clear treatment plans, which I've never had another chiropractor do. I love that this is an integrated holistic health center & that the staff work so well together....clean & Covid-compliant!
