Highly recommend.

I am a skeptical person and when I saw that adjustments were done by a small spring loaded hand held device that was held against the back in different places, I was even more skeptical. I asked many questions and came to partially understand the relationship between nerves and small changes in the position of bones in the neck and back. I had reduced range of motion in my neck, and lower back pain. I have to admit that after several treatments, I had better range of motion and less back pain. This treatment cannot perform miracles, as most treatments cannot, but for me, it has been effective to a degree no other chiropractic (Nucca or traditional) has been. Dr. John and Dr. Ally are very nice people and good at what they do. I highly recommend them. I returned to see John and Ally in 2020 for additional treatment for my lower back. The issues I have are intermittent so it always difficult to quite know how much effect treatment is having but it does seem to provide some relief.

They are so kind, caring, and flexible! My son has had horrible behaviors and a general lack of emotional regulation. Chiropractic was just another step to try to help him. We started treatments about a week before school started this year and we're almost 2 months into school and he has had two days where the behaviors have reared their head, and the teacher thinks it's more of a copycat issue. His emotions are so much easier to regulate as so much easier to reason with him. Honestly if I didn't see the change in my child, I would have a hard time believing. At this point his IEP is all but null and void, which I am very happy with! As for myself, I have a very jacked up back with degenerative disc issues and some other nasty big named things. Because of this I have anywhere from mild to severe issues walking lifting reaching, really just living life on any given day. Since I've been doing treatment and not only am I able to move better, but my friend talked to me into going bowling which is something that I had all that given up on doing and I went with the assumption that I was going to be paying for it for days afterwards and living with a heating pad, but I made it through two games of bowling And while there was pain involved, I was actually good by the next day and didn't even have to break out the heating pad.

We love the staff and the chiropractic care at Anchor Chiropractic! I have received lasting relief from my neck and jaw pain, and my kids are experiencing relief and resting better too!
