Align It! Chiropractic pulled me out of crippling back pain, and got me back to work within the week. I’ve been going regularly ever since. Two locations, Spectrum and out in Vail. They have extremely affordable pricing and plans with treatments that show true results. About 15 mins a session, walk in when you can, convenient hours to help work towards functional health goals provided by knowledgeable down to Earth people. With frequent visits I value them as much or more than my primary medical care. If I miss a week, I can feel the difference it truly makes. Dr. Mark, his staff, and all the dogs down in South Tucson and Vail help to leave their patients happier and healthier.

I’ve been extremely thankful for the chiropractors working on me. I’ve had neck pain for years and since the last 6 months of seeing them I’ve had a huge decrease in feeling little to no pain. I sleep better now too. Very thankful for them.

We love all 3 docs and the staff at Align It Rita Ranch! I've been going for adjustments since May 2025 and have seen significant improvement/reduction in my lower back and sciatica pain (non-existent!). My husband and I also committed to their Body n Balance program and have lost 50lbs and 30lbs, respectively.
